Stretch Therapy Sessions are 30, 60 or 90 minutes in length and offered on a massage table. Your session can be a full body experience or focused on particular areas of the body. In addition to the restorative hands-on stretch, and breath work, I also utilize a Hypervolt (massage gun) to stimulate the muscles, prevent cramping and aid in relaxation.
