Poetry of Peacocks
Jess started a poetry blog in 2012, and in 2018 published a book of original poetry entitled, In Pursuit of Peacocks: a compilation of poetry and lyrics.
"I believe that poetry has the ability to inspire, rally, provoke and provide connection. I come from a long line of strong women, who use their words to promote love through poetry, and I wanted to honor our history through my book as well. I publish my work, with the hope that my readers will feel less alone in their unique experiences of life. I hope that my words soothe, generate curiosity, create compassion, bring joy and make my readers feel more open and emotionally available." - Jess Coffman
